2. Data We Collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form (name, email, service type, message). Our web server automatically collects technical data (IP address, browser type, access time) in server log files, which are deleted after 30 days.
3. Contact Form
When you use our contact form, the data you provide is transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) for processing your inquiry. FormSubmit processes data in accordance with their privacy policy. Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.
4. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (e.g., cookie consent preference). We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or social media cookies.
5. Analytics
We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant. All data is anonymized and aggregated. No data is shared with third parties.
6. AI Chatbot
You can use our AI chatbot on this website. It is our own product (Mignuti Chatbot, chatbot.mignuti.com) and answers questions based on the content of this website. You are talking to an AI, not a human; the chat itself tells you so.
Data is only processed when you open the chat and write: your messages, the replies and technical session details. The database and chat histories are stored on a server in Germany. Replies are generated by a language model from Anthropic (USA), and searching our content uses OpenAI (USA); both transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and personal details such as email addresses, phone numbers or IBANs are automatically masked before transfer. The providers do not train their models on your input. We store IP addresses only as a one-way hash; chat histories are anonymised and deleted once the retention period ends.
So that a conversation survives a page change, the chat keeps a session ID and your settings (e.g. sound on/off, AI notice read) in your browser's local storage. Before the chat starts, it asks for your consent; only then are messages processed and data stored in your browser. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by deleting your history in the chat or by writing to media@mignuti.com. Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat. 7. Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data (IP addresses) as part of their CDN and DDoS protection services. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)

9. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for secure data transmission. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock icon in your browser's address bar and the "https://" prefix.
10. Third-Party Services
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Fonts (fonts are self-hosted), or any other third-party tracking or advertising services. The only external services are FormSubmit (contact form), Umami (privacy-focused analytics) and our own AI chatbot (section 6).
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
